Enjoy an evening with Chef John Alunni, at The Cutting Edge Classroom, 817 N. Herron Road, Knoxville. He’ll be preparing a full gourmet dinner paired with three Tennessee wines from The Winery at Seven Springs Farm, served by winemakers Nicole Riddle and Michael Coombs.  Seating is extremely limited, so purchase your spot today!

  • Appetizer – Charcuterie Board with Cured Meats, Pate, Cheese, House Pickled Vegetables, Jams, and Crostini
  • Soup – Icy Green Pea and Roasted Asparagus Soup with Feta, Mint, and Pita Croutons
  • Salad – Roasted Beet Root, Walnut, and Goat Cheese Salad with Crisp Benton’s Bacon and Blood Orange Vinaigrette
  • Entrée – Filet Mignon, Polenta Cake, Sauteed Spinach, and Wild Mushroom Rosemary Jus
  • Dessert – Lemon Crème Brulee with Fresh Berries
